Our work
The Built Environment
We have spent much of our time as operators in and as consultants to clients in the built environment. We have run the operations of an ESCO and run product management for an HVAC equipment company. We spend a lot of time advising clients on how to solve problems in this complex, evolving space.
Energy Markets
Understanding energy markets is a specialized task. We have the modeling horsepower and the market and regulatory understanding to help clients navigate energy markets. We use this knowledge when working with clients that have technologies that either consume or produce energy.
Digitization, Innovation and Software development
Digitization and automation are at the heart of decarbonization of our economy. We have built large enterprise software packages, and advise clients on how to approach digitization and unleash AI opportunities. Our special sauce involves intensive information gathering from customers, so that our clients understand in detail customer needs and how to serve them
